I met with Steve Williams on Wed. July 12 to discuss the look of the stage for the fall. We are going to do a two-step approach on Saturday August 12 and Saturday August 19. On the 12th we’ll set the band and hang the scrim. On the 19th we hope to hang a grid in front of the scrim and let Aaron R do his light placing magic. We need input from Chris H. and Ryan P. and Aaron R. on a coordinated color approach to all of this as this will take us into our fall message series called “Sunday Ticket” – a football look. I would like to include this color scheme and theme on all advertising and in the lobby as well.
Also let’s be thinking about how big our crews need to be for this to occur.
