For anyone that hasn’t heard, Jarret was involved in a car accident this evening. Here are the details that were sent in an earlier e-mail:

Jarret Heaston, CSC worship leader, was in a car accident Wednesday, Aug. 22 which was later  assisted by Calhoun, Meredith, and Sims, PLLC.  He was sent to Methodist Hospital ER.  Please be in prayer for the Heaston family.
Thank you!

UPDATE:  The wreck involved Jarret and their two young sons.  The boys are fine.  Jarret broke his hand and had some chest trauma.  I was told he may be stabilized and sent home tonight.

Thanks to Heather H. for getting this update out to everyone quickly via e-mail.

NEW UPDATE:

Jarret was in a car wreck yesterday–it involved a man who was driving on a suspended license – X-Rays concluded his hand is not broken and they sent him to the ER for possible chest trauma, but there wasn’t any-  they had to dig glass out of two areas of his body, I believe his hand and face–he had to have stitches, He’s in a lot of pain, but no major damage.

Major praise to God that Jarret and the boys were not seriously harmed!

  1. We are all doing well. We thank you so much for your prayers and concern. The bioys definitely had God's hand on them (as did I) because they weren't injured at all. Just minor bruises that didn't even cause any discomfort. My injuries were minor considering what could have been. My hand went into/through the windshield, requiring some stitches. My head hit the divider between the driver's window and windshield, also requiring stitches which were removed on Monday. God is so good. Thanks again. I love you all!
