A friend introduced me to the Sweet Comfort Band last week. I’d never heard of them before, they were popular in the late 70’s and 80’s. We listened to them for a couple of days and I kept thinking to myself that the lead singer’s voice sounded very familiar. I finally figured it out, it’s Bryan Duncan. I’ve already let you know that I’ll be attending the Indiana State Fair next week to see Michael W. Smith, Third Day and Jars of Clay in concert. For anyone that prefers more of the old school contemporary Christian music and likes a good orchestral performance, Sandi Patty will be in concert with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra to kick off the 150th birthday party concert for the Indiana State Fair.
