I was just contacted by the owner of Indie Punch. This is a site devoted to helping market and publicize independent Christian artists and market them actively. After reading through the site and seeing some of the artists they’re backing and reading their articles, I think this might be a good site for you to check-out if you’re interested in indie artists. If you’re an independent musician yourself, I really encourage you to check them out. I was recently contacted by Trevor Carpenter who let me know about his podcast that’s devoted to finding independent Christian musicians and sharing them with the world. The name of his site and podcast (at least this one, he has several) is Scribe Music Show. The website is here and you can subscribe to the podcast directly from iTunes. I’m synch’ing up a few of his podcasts right now to listen to tomorrow on my drive to work.
