I continue to listen to the album I received for free from Derek Webb entitled “Mockingbird“. Worship this past Sunday at church was rockin’. The selection of songs was great and the spirit was really moving. I was totally pumped when the band started one song with a Collective Soul style riff. The service ended with our praise team and special choir doing a rendition of Natasha Bedingfield’s “Unwritten”. The message ended a series on “Character” and this sermon was about having vision and talked about how God had prepared David in the obscure times of his life when it was just him a few sheep out in a field with nobody else around.
