I grew up on Christian Music. I am not that old. I’m not yet thirty (so the picture is my dad with Michael Card, not me) but I remember twenty-five years of Christian music. There’s been lots of talk about Derek Webb’s new album Stockholm Syndrome. Both for the lyrics that are in some of the songs, like "What Matters Most" and for the marketing tactics used as well for his the big scavenger hunt for different pieces of the clues. I’ve always loved Derek’s music and his ability to use his lyrics as a sword that pierces the heart of your beliefs and pre-conceived ideas about the world around us.
