The new year has arrived without much of a fanfare for me personally. We had a great time with friends last night getting together. We ate, played games and just had a good time. We were all somewhat amazed at the less than hoopla that seemed to revolve around the new year countdown on TV. Didn’t those things used to start at 8pm and go all night? One of the first new artists I heard about as a result of starting to blog on this site was Christine Evans. The performers have been announced for Michael W. Smith’s Caribbean Cruise in 2008. Amy Grant Melinda Doolittle Comedian, Jeff Allen Michael W. Smith will also be performing of course. He’ll be celebrating his 25 years in Christian music so picking Amy Grant, who’s also been around quite awhile, should be a great pick.
