Be close to me, Lord. Help me to see You.  These words have been on my mind lately. I hold them close to my chest, clinging to them as if they were a prized possession. I’m currently participating in a men’s Bible study that meets on Saturday mornings at 7:00am. I’ll say right off the bat that it’s a serious challenge for me to get up on Saturday mornings at 6:15 to get ready and drive to Bible study. My normal schedule puts me in bed usually well after midnight, so getting up early on a Saturday is definitely a sacrifice, but it’s well worth it. My wife forwarded me an article today that she thought might be an interesting one to share on the site for our readers. She was correct. The article was entitled “Stop Dressing So Tacky For Church” and was published in the religion blogs on CNN.com website. What do you think about God’s will? This is something I’ve thought about quite a bit over the course of my life, and what I keep coming back to is that it’s not pre-defined path of binary right or wrong answers. In Mark 6 are found some of the most incredible words in Scripture. Jesus had been travelling from city to city preaching the good news and healing the sick in incredible ways.
