Working through some e-mails I came across one from ChristianMusicDaily that was spotlighting on an artist by the name of Rand Winburn. Winburn is a grandfather, yet he is like a kid in a candy store when it comes to making music.   I was contacted a few weeks ago by Tim Juillet asking me if I’d be interested in listening to his new album and reviewing it on the website. Another artist I’ve been listening to for awhile and just hadn’t gotten around to writing a review about them has been Blake Bollinger. Blake’s album “No Holiday” is his solo album debut, but he’s gotten plenty of experience under his belt with his former band Destination Known as well as leading worship at the 2nd Baptist Church in Houston on their Pearland Campus. I’ve been listening to Joey Witham’s “Great Homesickness” CD now for a number of months. I’ve been meaning to get a review up but I keep listening to it over and over trying to think of more great things to say about it. The problem is the music just speaks for itself. He’s got a great talent for leading you through his lyrics and tying you into the music through the entire journey.
