“Our Show” Wants (and Needs) to Be THE Next TV Show for ‘Tweens

I recently got an email from HearItFirst talking about a new kids show that’s trying to get started. It fills a definite gap in the TV landscape for shows for ‘Tweens that provides a little more solid foundation of Biblical principles for kids and families. I don’t know how many times I’ve gotten frustrated with shows my kids have been watching, even (and sometimes specifically) on Disney. Kids are being provided role models on our TV for being disrespectful to elders, uncaring to siblings and generally many of the traits most of us parents are hoping we can keep to a minimum in our kid’s personalities.

Just like the efforts behind “Facing the Giants”, “Fireproof” and “Courageous”, there’s a desire for good, wholesome content in media. It just needs to be produced well and supported.
