I think I can safely say that my favorite new artist of the recent past has got to be Brandon Heath. His two songs “Give Me Your Eyes” and “I’m Not Who I Was” are absolute favorites. Even better is when Brandon Heath ends up touring with one of my favorite groups, Jars of Clay. Hopefully they’re going to be coming to a city near you! 10/08  Lancaster Bible College – Lancaster, PA 10/09  Great Lakes Christian College – Lansing, MI 10/10  Honeywell Center – Wabash, IN 10/12  Bethel College – Mishawaka, IN 10/14  Akron Baptist Temple – Akron, OH 10/15  The Underground – Cincinnati,Read More →

I just received this video from a friend of mine who I grew up with as a child. I didn’t realize it but their daughter had a little bit of cancer scare with a bone tumor that was removed from her arm. She made this video for a church talent contest. It’s a great story and a great song.Read More →

Christian music duo Farrell & Farrell has released Acoustic Christmas, an intimate acoustic collection of Christmas carols and Bob Farrell originals.  As Bob states, “This album is one we’ve had in mind for years…acoustic guitar, light percussion–songs and favorite carols that focus on the Christ of Christmas, including a couple of songs I wrote for other artists along the way.  All the instrumental work is that of Tom Hemby, our longtime friend and co-producer of the Superpower album.” This album is not intended to be a high-profile new release reminiscent of the very techno Farrell & Farrell albums of the 80’s–rather a sort of ChristmasRead More →
