Keri and I are doing our part to be environmentally friendly. Years ago, we had a garden & Keri decided to use a compost bin. Composting is the decomposition of plant and food remains (and other once-living materials) to make an earthy, dark, crumbly substance that is great for enriching garden soil. There’s immense value in finding folks who will love you through your “stuff,” people who know there’s more to your life than simply one moment in time. I was reminded this morning of that gift. Most of you know that I struggled as a teenager. I was trying to find my fit…I was listless. My parents, my church and my friends felt helpless.
