It’s been awhile since I’ve even really thought about picking up a new Bible. The main reason is because since I’ve had my smart phone or Kindle, the majority of all of my Bible reading is done on my mobile device. I’m currently participating in a men’s Bible study that meets on Saturday mornings at 7:00am. I’ll say right off the bat that it’s a serious challenge for me to get up on Saturday mornings at 6:15 to get ready and drive to Bible study. My normal schedule puts me in bed usually well after midnight, so getting up early on a Saturday is definitely a sacrifice, but it’s well worth it. If there’s one thing that’s absolutely breaking my heart over the past few years and making me very angry it’s the number of marriages around me that are being destroyed and broken. I originally was going to say the number of marriages that are struggling, but I want everyone to know that most marriages I know struggle and that’s normal.
